Refund policy

Subscriptions

• First purchase: if you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan.
• Renewals: if a renewal charged you by mistake and you have not used the plan since, ask within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund.
• After that, cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and nothing more is charged. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires them.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is issued.

Our mistakes

If the service is unavailable for a long time, or a charge is our error, we will refund it.
