Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ridhww (company name to be added) for the use of ridhww.com. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account and accept these terms with you.
• Keep your password private. Accounts are personal: paid plans may be used on up to 2 devices, and sharing an account is not allowed.
• Give accurate details, and tell us about any unauthorised use of your account.

What we provide

Practice questions, tests, analytics and community features for exam preparation. We work hard to make our content accurate, but it is study material: it is not medical advice, and we do not guarantee any exam result or rank.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We will tell you before any price change applies to your subscription.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate, spam, or sexual content involving minors. No sharing of other people's personal data.
• No copying, scraping or redistributing our questions and explanations.
• No posting of copyrighted coaching material you don't have the rights to.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload the service.

We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

Content you post

In the Research Hub, upload only reference lists and full texts you are allowed to use, and share PDFs only with your review team.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it so the service works. Educators who submit questions, chapter notes or flashcard decks confirm they own them or have the right to publish them, and allow students to use them on the site; this permission continues for content already published if the educator's account closes.

In the forum, help each other honestly: don't post answers to live mock tests, don't advertise, and don't pretend to be an educator. Moderators can edit, lock or remove posts and suspend posting.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country still apply to you.
